Federal and/or state grant eligibility will be combined with the APCU tuition exchange scholarship and will not exceed teh cost of tuition. APCU tuition exchange scholarships also supersede any Arcadia merit scholarships that may be awarded as such scholarships are also to be applied to tuition only.

- Eligible applicants under the plan are the dependent children and spouses of full-time faculty and staff who meet the requirements for tuition benefits at their home institution. Bloomfield college requires that employees must be employed for one year prior to dependents being eligible for tuition benefits.
- The President of Bloomfield College must certify to the host institution that the faculty or staff member is eligible for such benefits and that he/she holds full-time employment. You may request this letter through the Human Resources Office.
- After eligibility is confirmed, contact the admissions office of the prospective host institution, making it clear that admission is being sought under the Tuition Exchange Agreement, and present a letter from the President certifying eligibility on the terms described in the Agreement.

Warren Wilson College

- Tuition Exchange candidates will be admitted if they are degree seeking students who meet regular admission requirements; they will be notified on a rolling basis. Tuition exchange scholarships will be awarded on a competitive basis, and winner will be notified April 1.

- Tuition Exchange participants will be enrolled in the College Work Program. The College's Tuition Exchange Scholarship will be the amount of tuition, minus the Work Program Fellowship.

- Living on campus is required, unless a student applies for and is granted day student status, according to criteria listed in the College Catalog and Student Handbook.
- Students will pay cost of room and board. Financial aid from outside sources may be applied toward these costs.

- T.E. eligibility will last up to eight semesters for first year students and will be pro-rated for transfers. Should a TE student leave Warren Wilson, the TE scholarship will not be re-awarded, unless a leave of absence is granted by the Tuition Exchange Officer.
- Students entering program after 1999 must maintain a 3.0 GPA each semester with a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester
- A tuition exchange scholarship is not automatic.
- To continue at Warren Wilson under TE, a student must be a full time student at all times and:
- Be making satisfactory progress toward a Warren Wilson degree. It is recommended that students have the following number of credits after each year: first year - 32; second year - 64; third year - 96; this is an average of 16 credits per semester.
- Notify the college's Tuition Exchange office by March 15 of their intent to re-enroll the next year. Awards will be finalized at the end of the academic year.
