During his Thanksgiving break, University of Tulsa senior Brad Kerst found himself inside a latrine in a Bolivian village taking measurements to determine its volume. Figuring out how to dispose of human waste is not what most college students would opt to do for a holiday, but members of the TU chapter of Engineers Without Borders were taking the first step in a five-year project.
