Dr. Cindy Gnadinger | Chair
Cindy Gnadinger has served as president of Carroll University since 2017. She previously served as president of St. Catharine College in Kentucky.
Dr. Lake Lambert | Vice Chair
Lake Lambert has served as president of Hanover College since 2015. He previously served as dean of the College of Liberal Arts at Mercer University in Georgia.
Dr. Ajay Nair | Treasurer
Ajay Nair has served as president of Arcadia University since 2018. He previously served as senior vice president and dean of campus life at Emory University in Atlanta.
Dr. Mark Biermann | Director
Mark Biermann has served as president of Blackburn College since 2020. He previously served as Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs at Valparaiso University
Dr. Kathy Brittain Richardson | Director
Kathy Richardson has served as president of Westminster College in Pennsylvania since 2016. She previously served as provost and professor of communication at Berry College in Georgia.
Mr. Richard Dunsworth | Director
Rich Dunsworth has served as president of the University of the Ozarks since 2013. He previously served as vice president for enrollment at Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois.

Susan Hasseler has served as president of Muskingum University since 2016. She previously served as Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs at Augustana University in Sioux Falls.
Dr. Charlie McCormick | Director
Charlie McCormick has served as president of Schreiner University in since 2017. He previously served as Schreiner’s provost and vice president for academic affairs.
Dr. Steven O’Day | Director
Steven O’Day has served as president of Austin College in Sherman, Texas since 2017. He previously served as vice president of strategic initiatives for Lebanon Valley College.
Dr. Brian Ralph | Director
Brian Ralph has served as president of William Peace University since 2016. He previously served as vice president for enrollment and marketing at Queens University of Charlotte.
Dr. Cynthia Warrick | Director
Cynthia Warrick has served as president of Stillman College in Alabama since 2017. She previously served as a senior fellow at the Thurgood Marshall College Fund in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Burton Webb | Director
Burton Webb has served as president of the University of Pikeville since 2016. He previously served as vice president for academic affairs and dean of the faculty at Northwest Nazarene University in Idaho.
Rev. Jeremy Wilhelmi | Director
Jeremy has served as a chaplain at the University of the Ozarks since 2016. He previously served as a youth pastor at Salisbury Presbyterian Church in Midlothian, Virginia.
Rev. Diane Moffett | Director (Non-voting)
Diane Moffett has served as president and executive director of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Mission Agency since July 2018. She previously served as senior pastor of Saint James Presbyterian Church in Greensboro, North Carolina.
