APCU Leadership Development Institute

You are invited to nominate aspiring leaders from your campus who have demonstrated the talent and interest needed to serve in a senior leadership role. Each participant will have an opportunity to assess individual leadership styles & growth opportunities, examine external marketplace trends and threats, explore traits of thriving Presbyterian institutions, and address the demands inherent to higher education leadership. Individual leadership roadmaps will be developed and discussed through a peer workshop format. Previous participants have ranged from academic department chairs to C-level administrators.
