UPIKE receives $1.5 Million grant from Appalachian Regional Commission’s POWER Initiative
The University of Pikeville has been awarded a $1.5 million grant by the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) for its Ag-Tech Innovation Center of Excellence Project. This award is part of a recently announced nearly $47 million package supporting 52 projects in 181 coal-impacted counties through ARC’s POWER (Partnerships for Opportunity and Workforce and Economic Revitalization) Initiative.
